O espaço é simplesmente lindo e o staff super simpático. Estive presente num babyshower e a decoração estava fantástica. Sem dúvida um serviço de excelencia.

O local que contribuiu para um dos dias mais felizes da nossa vida. Espaço intimista, onde a natureza predomina e tudo se torna mais encantador. Obrigada, Inês e Luís

Um conceito diferente do habitual para um sítio onde pernoitar, no entanto muito bem conseguido. Uma visita no Verão permite aproveitar muito melhor todo o envolvente.

Bom lugar para eventos. Óptima simpatia da organizadora O verão seria um bom lugar para ficar. Os estacionamentos são pouco recomendados e os acessos muito apertados.

A localização é agradável. O jardim é bonito e bem decorado. A Cátia foi muito simpática e tentou ajudar mas sem sucesso. Ficamos no quarto 1 (suite) e um dos alojamentos mais caros deste espaço. Quando chegamos notamos que cheirava a humidade, mas pensamos que seria por ter estado fechado. O chão estava coberto de água, mas pensamos também que tinha sido acabado de lavar. Abrimos a janela cujos estores estavam cobertos de bolor e saímos para passear. Ao regressar notamos que o chão continuava "inundado" e que o cheiro a humidade era insuportável. Quando fomos tentar tomar duche notámos que a cabine de duche estava cheia de cabelos e que não havia nem champô nem gel de banho. O parapeito da janela estava todo cheio de humidade estando a madeira deformada e levantada. O estado do quarto em geral era decrépito, pouco cuidado e pouco limpo. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e disseram-nos ser impossível pois estavam completos. Ligamos ao apoio ao cliente Booking que entrou em contacto com os proprietários que não se mostraram disponíveis para nos reembolsar do valor do quarto, já que não desejávamos passar a noite naquele lugar. Saímos para jantar com a promessa que iriam arranjar novamente a quarto. Quando regressamos perto da meia noite notamos que embora o chão estivesse limpo e "seco" o cheiro a humidade, obviamente se mantinha. Tentamos dormir sem sucesso e decidimos abandonar o espaço perto da uma da manhã. Não tencionamos voltar a este alojamento.

O quarto estava mofado por inteiro, não tinha condições do meu filho de 11 meses ficar naquele local. Não me hospedei e vocês ficaram com o meu dinheiro. Quando é que vão me reembolsar? Não faz sentido vocês não me darem o dinheiro de volta!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are going to be forever grateful to Margarida, Inês and all the team in Quinta da Caloura for treating us with such care and attention. Our wedding day wouldn't have been so perfect if it wasn't for them. The decorations were beautiful and classy but also fun. They managed to fit in our small personal details and a few of our ideas into the look of the venue perfectly. Quinta da Caloura is a magical place hidden away in Sintra (but very close to the center), it's cosy and homely, but big enough for a nice party. Our guests were so happy to be there and they felt so at home, we got amazing feedback from them. We decided to leave most things in Margarida and Inês hands because we don't live in Portugal and have very little time to plan a wedding. But not for one moment they made us question their professionalism, they always made us feel safe and looked after and showed genuine interest in providing for all our needs. The price is amazing and I don't think you'll find better for the service they provide, they're honest and always transparent. The barbecue and all the sides were good and there was plenty of it. They even managed to cater for my brother in law who is a celiac and takes extreme care of where he eats. The desserts were delicious (everyone still talks about that chocolate cake, the rice pudding was as good as my nanny's and the cheesecake was my family's favourite!) Margarida constantly reads the crowd perfectly, adapts quickly to everyone's needs and it's very flexible to any change of plans. We never had to worry about timings for anything and she was always guiding us through the main moments. Wonderful Margarida and Inês, the amazing Cátias and the tireless Miguel were the best team we could've wished to have with us on our wedding day. They always had a smile on their faces, communicated really well with us and our guests and kept the place spotless. All we had to do was enjoy our special day. Our guests loved the tuk tuks, they were so much fun and such a great solution to come up the hill! The guests who stayed at Sintra Guest House (part of Quinta da Caloura) had a great time, were made to feel completely at home and only have good things to say. We had so much fun and got to enjoy the company of our family and best friends and that was only possible thanks to Margarida and Inês attention to detail, her team and her stunning venue. Us and our guests will always remember our wedding day as one of the best parties ever! We couldn't be happier and more thankful for getting married in Quinta da Caloura!
