★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be a place in greater Lisbon where many members are ex-pats, I find it strange that classes are held only in Portuguese. I have asked the teacher if she could speak more English in order to explain exercises, but she says no. Also, upon asking if the PTs can make specific training programs, I also get a no. They do not offer this service, only to follow you around to the different machines. Then I wonder what kind of gym this is. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Staff not very welcoming and service minded. Worst gym I have been to so far.
The entry is only valid for the main building and cannot be used to book tennis or padel outside.
