★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were walking the Caminho Portuguese and were totally exhausted after the long mountain trail on the way to Rubiaes. Fortunately, we found this lovely place, directly at the Caminho. It's very cozy in a beautiful scenery and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK. I didn't stay here but let me tell you that this place is an oasis of calm. We just came down the camino from the mountain portion and were hobbling and exhausted and saw the sign. Unfortunately, they didn't have any beds as they are a small quinta, but Mario was wonderful and offered to drive us to another place that did. We could not have made the 5km to town otherwise. The courtyard here is beautiful and shaded. If you can book this place, do it!
