★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dans ce vignoble, il y a exclusivement des raisins portugais et cela se traduit par la saveur et l'arôme distincts des célèbres vins de Cabrita. Le vignoble s'étend sur 6,6 hectares plantés sur un sol Argile-Calcaire. Cela se compose de cinq cépages à savoir Touriga Nacional, Aragonês, Trincadeira, Arinto et Verdelho. Le vin est une production familiale depuis longtemps et remonte à 1977. Si vous réservez une visite et une dégustation, vous en apprendrez beaucoup sur l'ensemble du processus de production grâce à Andreia, qui s’occupe de la vinification.
Mes deux vins préférés sont le Negra Mole et le Réserva Tinto.
Cabrita a déjà gagné la médaille d’or au concours mondial de Bruxelles pour son Tinto.
 In this vineyard there are exclusively Portuguese grapes and this translates into the distinct flavor and aroma of the famous Cabrita wines. The vineyard covers 6.6 hectares planted on clay-limestone soil. This consists of five grape varieties namely Touriga Nacional, Aragonês, Trincadeira, Arinto and Verdelho. The wine has been a family production for a long time, dating back to 1977. If you book a tour and tasting, you will learn a lot about the whole production process from Andreia, who takes care of the winemaking.
My two favorite wines are the Negra Mole and the Reserva Tinto.
Cabrita has already won the gold medal at the world competition in Brussels for his Tinto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, they have nice wines for tasting. You should buy and try the reservas (not available for the tasting). The reason I gave only 3 stars is that the whole tasting experience is almost a joke. The winery visit is very basic and not actually a visit and you pay for it. The information offered are very limited, both during the visit and the tasting. They should put more of an effort into this.
