Trata-se de uma propriedade onde as instalações de um velho lagar de azeite foram reconvertidas em alojamentos. A piscina é alimentada por água de nascente. A "Casa dos Capitães" acolheu uma da principais reuniões dos militares que organizaram o derrube do regime salazarista.
 For those who like nature and a rural environment, this is one of the most peculiar places in the country. It combines history with tradition. It is a property where the facilities of an old oil mill were converted into housing. The pool is fed by spring water. The "Casa dos Capitães" hosted one of the main meetings of the military that organized the overthrow of the Salazar regime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um espaço de turismo rural muito bem conseguido, onde foram recuperadas várias casas. Dá para várias opções, como um refúgio calmo, no inverno, ou verão.
It is a very well done rural tourism space, where several houses have been recovered. It gives you several options, such as a calm retreat, in winter or summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grounds are clean, quaint and beutifull. Fernanda was nice and accommodating.
The facilities however need major updating: kitchen was old and not fully supplied, many amenities we're missing (i.e. washing machine), the wifi was barely working etc.

Lots of things to do around, also they provide free bikes.
The wifi could be better, so make sure you bring a book or other things to occupy your mind that don't require a(n) (good) internet connection
