 Amazing homestead, I really loved it. I also learned that they have a hotel on the farm which is also very good. An excellent place to relax and enjoy some good wines ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quinta do Ameal é um sonho. Junto ao rio Lima com paisagens para lindas fotos. O restaurante sensacional. O quartos junto aos vinhedos são lindos, amplos e a decoração de um bom gosto, incrível. E os vinhos... nossa um peixe fora d'água na região. Vale muito apena!!!
Ameal's farm is a dream. Next to the river Lima with landscapes for beautiful photos. The restaurant is sensational. The rooms next to the vineyards are beautiful, large and the decor a tasteful, amazing. And the wines ... ours a fish out of water in the area. It's really worth it !!!

Banheiros muito bom, mas o pequeno almoço precisa melhorar muito para ficar razoável.
A propriedade é muito bonita , mas o atendimento não há, não nos ofereceram nem um passeio para conhecer como funciona a produção dos vinhos.
For the value, was to be desired,
Bathrooms very good, but breakfast needs to improve a lot to stay reasonable.
The property is very beautiful, but the service is not there, we were not even offered a tour to know how the wine production works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a very nice tour of the vineyard. Our guide really made us feel at home with her personal way of handling the tour. And of course the wines were delicious! While I did not stay the night, we were shown a few examples of the rooms and they looked stunning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great potential but missing on too many important small details. Could be ok at a lower price point but as it is limited value for money. There are better options at a much lower price.
Positive
-Beautiful surroundings with old houses, vineyards & nice swimming pool.
-Walking distance to the river & marked hiking walk nearby.
-Spacious apartment
-Amazing big bathtub. Nice indoor and outdoor shower.
Negative
-Main door was broken and was very difficult to open and close.
-Weak wifi and not working for extended periods.
-Broken WC seat making it unstable.
-Kitchen sink with loose water tap.
-Weak artificial lighting.
-Breakfast simple and could be better.
