Apparently they are the current owners of the Torre Bela estate, where 540 animals were killed in "tourist hunting". A shame...

I did not have the opportunity to attend it but unfortunately for the latest news it cannot be recognized as a place to experience. Very bad.

It seems that they are the current owners of the Torre Bela estate from what the televisions say, where they shamefully killed 540 animals. A shame, we are in Europe in the 21st century ... I would never have a wedding on this farm, a penny of mine never ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this lovely place while biking in Portugal. Lyudmyla was a wonderful host to our weary band of cyclists. As it turns out we were the only guests during our regrettably short stay. We enjoyed access to the winery, solar heated pool, and tastings all to ourselves. For dinner we took a taxi, which Lyudmyla arranged, into town for a super dinner at Pateo Velho. The wine was outstanding. As this is a small producer I am having trouble finding their label in the US. :-(
I highly recommend this place and would happily return if in the area again someday.
