★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. They try to accomidate you wishes. The cleaners are very nice and respectfull. They didn't even charge for a baby cod for a 2 person studio. They even upgraded us. When our shower water wasn't getting hot, they immediately went to fix it. It was a complex problem, but they didn't give up ant fixed it within 2 days
The only downside is that block 12 and 13 can be very noisy because of pour insulation inside. In November this place is a bargain. This is the second year we've come here. We definitely want to go next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely resort close to all amminities and bars restaurants etc. Large apartments with plenty of kitchen equipment. WiFi so good and no oven. Clean towels and bedding daily. Beautiful private beach and lovely walks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our second stay at Quinta Pedra Dos Bicos this year and kindky upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, absolutely lovely, with amazing views from the Balcony, perfect for a stay over Xmas. The check in is quick and easy at the hotel, reception create a What's App group for you too, which you can use to contact them at any time. All of the staff we came into contact with were polite, friendly amd speak great English and are very hospitable (recognised us from our stay in Sept) The apartments are immaculately clean and fresh bedding and towels are supplied frequently. Both bedrooms had air conditioning. The pools are not heated unfortunately, however it was warm enough for a paddle, again ots cleaned regularly even in the winter. I highly recommend Quinta Pedra, suitable for singles, couples and families. The only negative to our stay was that the TV was in one of the bedrooms not the kitchen/living area, however as the weather was beautiful we didn't use the TV at all, so made no difference to us. Ideal location for the Strip, Santa Eulia area, Olhos de agua/Felesia Beach not far and only a 20 min walk to the old town...absolutely great for the price.
