★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quinta Vale Florido simply CANCELED my family reservation for 8 people comming from abroad. We´ve payed in June for vacations in august. I´ve called by phone twice with Senhor Nando, that told me that everything was ok.
But, right now, everybody is WITHOUT a place to go on summer!
Nobody (nor the hotel Quinta Vale Florido or Airbnb) called me to explain me anything! They have NO consideration. I feel that we are just numbers!
I had to find propertie`s number (Senhor Nando, Quinta Vale Florido "Resort" in Albufeira) and call him myself. The hotel says that the problem came from Airbnb. On the other hand, Airbnb blames Quinta Vale Florido.....We are consumers, clients and we deserve a good service! That should be everything!
At the end of the day they´ve canceled WITHOUT a warning or a reason, and with a payment that hasn´t been already refunded!
We are without the money and with no place to go on summer.
Be aware and cross your fingers.
