★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo de todo esta empresa, uma loja que fechou devido ao covid em Março de 2020 e depois de em vários emails termos indicado que a mesma está em processo de venda, continuam a obrigar-nos a cumprir o contrato de 2 anos. Já não basta a situação pandemia que vivemos, que obrigou muitas empresas a encerrar total ou parcialmente e estes senhores que não prestam qualquer serviço há mais de um ano querem continuar a encher os bolsos. Tenham vergonha
 I do not recommend this company at all, a store that closed due to covid in March 2020 and after in several emails we have indicated that it is in the process of being sold, they continue to oblige us to fulfill the 2 year contract. The pandemic situation we are experiencing is no longer enough, which has forced many companies to close in whole or in part and these gentlemen who have not been providing any service for more than a year want to continue to fill their pockets. Be ashamed

Acabei de ser contactado e a resposta foi, tem que mandar um mail..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentativa de burla! indicaram me que o contrato estava sem efeito e depois de uma ausência completa entraram em contacto para cobrança, ignoram as reclamações, respondendo o politicamente correto que não corresponde à verdade.
Attempt to scam! they indicated to me that the contract was ineffective and after a complete absence they contacted me for collection, ignoring the complaints, responding with political correctness that does not correspond to the truth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, não recomendo de todo. É difícil enumerar tudo o que correu mal, limito-me por dizer que falharam redondamente com as obrigações sem assumir qualquer responsabilidade. Estamos há um ano a tentar denunciar o contrato o que não parece ter fim à vista. Ou avançamos para tribunal ou vencem-nos por cansaço e limitamo-nos a pagar as 2 anuidades... Evitem dores de cabeça e optem por outra empresa!!
Terrible service, I don't recommend it at all. It is difficult to list everything that went wrong, I limit myself by saying that they completely failed with their obligations without taking any responsibility. We have been trying for a year to terminate the contract, which does not seem to have an end in sight. Either we go to court or they beat us out of fatigue and we just pay the 2 annuities... Avoid headaches and choose another company!!

PASSADO UM ANO SURGE NOVAMENTE UMA SMS VIA TELEFONE.
ANDAM MESMO A BRINCAR, PRONTO AGORA VAI SER RECLAMAÇÃO LIVRO DE RECLAMAÇÕES ELECTRÓNICO, ASAE,REGULADOR E GNR DO COMANDO DISTRITAL, NÃO ME AMEACAM MAIS.

TOTALLY WITHOUT Scruples, THEY DIDN'T MAKE CONSULTATION AND CHARGED, I NAIVELY PAID, THEN I REPORTED THE CONTRACT BY EMAIL, ONE YEAR PASSED AGAIN THE BILLING CAME VIA SMS WITH THREATS.
THE CONTRACT WAS PAID AGAIN AND TERMINATED BY REGISTERED LETTER WITH NOTICE OF RECEIPT, INCLUDING THROUGH A LAWYER.
AFTER A YEAR, A PHONE SMS APPEARS AGAIN.
THEY ARE REALLY PLAYING, READY NOW IT WILL BE A COMPLAINT ELECTRONIC COMPLAINTS BOOK, ASAE, REGULATOR AND GNR OF THE DISTRITAL COMMAND, THEY DON'T THREATEN ME ANYMORE.
ANY DAY YOU HAVE A SURPRISE IN YOUR FACILITIES, GET IN A CRAZY AMERICAN STYLE AND SEE YOUR ERGÚMENOS, IT WAS THE SOFTEST WORD THAT ARISE TO IDENTIFY THEM!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unreliable company I have ever delt with. After we ran into problems, and I started demanding my money back, got rude emails back from them, and still (8 months later) waiting the money back that they stole from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Also, I will be making a complaint to the “Livro de Reclamações” online version, because there is no point of sending them any more e-mails, and this seems to be the only way to get attention to this group of thieves.
