★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice teacher. This was my third surf course and I think I learnt more this time in 2 days than in my last courses. The teacher is very observant and really takes time to give you advice so you can make progress on your surf skills. When the conditions are not good he even is very flexible on the surfing time so you get as much surftime as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Riccy is the best surf coach there is! During my time at R Star Surf School I've learned so much and thanks to him gained the ability to get up on a surf board!
Because of the small groups and therefore very intense but still very fun lessons you won't probably find a surf school better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are reading this, do not hesitate! You have found the best surf teacher there is. Ricky is an expert, he can teach any level and he took me from zero to hero in one day, while teaching me safe rules and making me feel safe all the time. He really takes time for you to feel the waves and connect with the feeling, which helped me a lot! Group sizes are small, which is also very helpful! We have met other schools since then, and we have not found anything that is even close to the quality we found at RStar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricky is an incredible teacher. I am very impressed how fast I learned to surf thanks to his teaching method which is extremely effective. He is very observant and gives personalized advice which allows you to progress very quickly. Also classes are made in small group which is different from the industrial approach of other surf schools. I highly recommend him!
