Went today to Albufeira to buy a bagless vacuum for my mom.We were standing right infront of a bagless one as one of the shopassistet came like a zombie and asked so bored and showing the unwill to help if we needed help.I said we ate looking for a bagless vacuumcleaner.She looked to us and said:“we don't have.“ Could not belive what i heard and checked with her (reminder: we were standing in front of a BAGLESS Vacuum)I asked her:You do not have any of the Bagless,you mean? She said: No nothing. So i turned to her and told her she can't help me and she should go make a training as we were standing infront of a Bagless Cleaner and it looks like she is not really a help. So she pulled the shoulders and left. Really shocked about this customer service.

I bought a sony camera from this store and sadly it broke within the warranty period. It kept saying "reinsert memomry card / reformat memory card" then started turning on and off automatically. I took it to the store where the woman on customer service did not speak English or get a colleague who did. She just took the camera and said i would receive an email. The email wanted to charge me 10 euro less than the cameras worth with no explanation to the problem only a break down of cost (shipment, parts, labour). Giving me only 6 days to reply!! I replied to ask what the problem was it took 2 weeks to receive a reply stating sand in the lens. After a month waiting for replys they stated they would not look at the memory card problem until the lens was paid for!! I ask to speak to management but they would not let me. They then informed me the camera was back in store to pick up via a different email address (from all otuer correspondence) so it was luckly i caught it in my junk mail. The worst store and warrenty i have ever delt with and i will never buy anything there again!! More Eu comprei uma câmera Sony desta loja e infelizmente ela quebrou dentro do período de garantia. Ele continuou dizendo "reinsira o cartão de memória / reformatar o cartão de memória" e começou a ligar e desligar automaticamente. Eu levei para a loja onde a mulher no serviço ao cliente não falava inglês ou pegava um colega que fazia. Ela apenas pegou a câmera e disse que eu receberia um email. O e-mail queria me cobrar 10 euros a menos do que as câmeras valem sem nenhuma explicação para o problema, apenas uma quebra de custo (remessa, peças, mão-de-obra). Me dando apenas 6 dias para responder !! Eu respondi para perguntar o que o problema foi levou 2 semanas para receber uma resposta informando areia na lente. Depois de um mês à espera de respostas, afirmaram que não olhavam para o problema do cartão de memória até que a lente fosse paga !! Peço para falar com a gerência, mas eles não me deixaram. Eles então me informaram que a câmera estava de volta na loja para pegar através de um endereço de e-mail diferente (de toda a correspondência otuer) por isso, felizmente eu peguei no meu lixo eletrônico. A pior loja e warrenty eu já delt com e eu nunca vou comprar nada lá novamente !! EVITE TODOS OS CUSTOS !!

I waited in all day for a delivery that was assured would be delivered between 2and 8pm. I telephoned 3 times and still the delivery did not happen. It was for a replacement fridge freezer so we we’re all prepared, it has not arrived. Not at all happy even went into store to confirm delivery, they emailed PORTO and rang to say the delivery would happen on the said day and said time.
