Comprei um frigorífico desde sempre fez barulho ao espalhar o gás pela tubagem ( assim diz o técnico)pedi assistência técnica e quando veio ver o frigorífico foi me pedido para esperar uns meses para ver se o problema continuava , voltei a reportar o problema e recolheram o frigorífico. E durante 14 dias fiquei sem o meu equipamento e voltou exactamente igual.
Voltei a participar que o problema se mantinha e a resposta que me deram foi que o frigorífico não tem qualquer problema e que é normal aquele barulho enorme que faz e não me arranjam solução para este problema.
Para vender tudo muito bem para resolver os problemas nada.
Para além de pedir um relatório para que a seguradora me possa retribuir algum valor pelos alimentos estragados de ter ficado sem o frigorífico durante os 14 dias ao qual já havia pedido a Rádio Popular há mais de uma semana e hoje tive k voltar a pedir o relatório.
A resposta da rádio Popular é normal o frigorífico fazer este barulho na distribuição do gás na tubagem.
Quando eu precisar, ou um amigo ou familiar de comprar algum electrodoméstico aqui ( Rádio Popular) não os aconselharei de certeza absoluta.
Very bad. I bought a refrigerator since always it made a noise when the gas was spread through the pipes (so says the technician) I asked for technical assistance and when he came to see the refrigerator I was asked to wait a few months to see if the problem continued, I reported the problem again and they collected the fridge. And for 14 days I was without my equipment and it came back exactly the same.
I came back to report that the problem persisted and the answer they gave me was that the fridge doesn't have any problem and that it's normal that huge noise it makes and they can't find a solution for this problem.
To sell everything very well to solve the problems nothing.
In addition to asking for a report so that the insurance company can repay me some value for the spoiled food of having been without the fridge during the 14 days I had already asked Rádio Popular more than a week ago and today I had to ask for the report again .
Popular radio's response is that it is normal for the refrigerator to make this noise when distributing the gas in the pipes.
When I need, or a friend or family member to buy some electrical appliance here (Popular Radio) I will absolutely not advise them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo o que tenho em casa foi comprado na rádio popular. E estava bastante satisfeita. No natal comprei um tlm novo para o meu filho cujo o tlm funciona bastante mal. Dirigi me a loja para devolver e comprar outro. E a resposta foi não porque tinha passado o prazo de devolução. Mas no talão dizia que as trocas e devoluções eram até dia 15/01/2022. Para mim perderam uma cliente.
Everything I have at home was bought from popular radio. And I was quite satisfied. For Christmas I bought a new phone for my son whose phone works quite badly. I headed to the store to return and buy another one. And the answer was no because the return deadline had passed. But the booklet said that exchanges and returns were until 15/01/2022. For me they lost a client.
