O cliente gasta o dinheiro.e no fim dizem que a garantia não cobre.
Se alguém tiver interesse em avaliar o produto estou de portas abertas visto que nada do que foi dito não intrevensao técnica condiz com a realidade da situação. Resumindo . Pagãs um produto que só dura duas semanas e no fiz não tens garantia.
 Terrible service and no interest in solving it.
The customer spends the money.and in the end they say the warranty doesn't cover it.
If anyone is interested in evaluating the product, I have my doors open since nothing that has been said about the technical intervention is consistent with the reality of the situation. In short . You paid for a product that only lasts for two weeks and I have no warranty.

Great for selling, terrible at post-sales... I've purchased several appliances in this store. But in the last purchase they had a bad after-sales service. They lost a customer.
