A	Angel lecuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena la atención, muy atentos y educados, ahora debo hacer una salvedad, las personas que tenemos doble nacionalidad en mi caso italiana no podemos tener cartones de ciudadano porque no somos portugueses somos extranjeros, tenemos residencia aprobada por la cámara municipal, no nos entregan un cartao, en orden lógico no pueden discriminarnos para pedir créditos porque no depende de nosotros modificar las maneras en que los gobiernos nos otorgan las residencias en cada país, actualicen eso e informense porque es un tanto discriminatorio, yo trabajo y declaró irs en Portugal entonces por qué no puedo comprar a crédito en un local comercial, no tiene sentido, gracias por su atención. Very good service, very attentive and polite, now I must make a reservation, people who have dual nationality in my case Italian cannot have citizenship cards because we are not Portuguese, we are foreigners, we have residence approved by the municipal chamber, they do not give us A letter, in logical order they cannot discriminate against us to request credits because it is not up to us to modify the ways in which the governments grant us residencies in each country, update that and inform yourselves because it is somewhat discriminatory, I work and declared irs in Portugal then Why can't I buy on credit in a store, it doesn't make sense, thank you for your attention.
C	Conceição Passos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito deficiente, têm mais interesse e focam se essencialmente na venda de seguros, que propriamente nos artigos de catálogo!!! Comprei, mas não volto lá, não pelo produto mas sim pelo atendimento, fui enganada, paguei uma mensalidade de um seguro sem saber, depois de ter várias vezes ao comercial que não queria esse dito seguro. Na caixa de pagamento a menina fez o favor de debitar o valor do seguro depois de me perguntar se queria aderir ao mesmo, ao que eu respondi que não queria, já completamente aborrecida!!! Quando cheguei a casa verifiquei que a fatura incluía 10,99€ do dito seguro. Telefonei a reclamar, ficaram de resolver o assunto, até hoje estou aguardar a chamada.... foi no dia 02 de setembro deste ano. Very poor service, they are more interested and focus essentially on selling insurance, rather than on catalog items!!! I bought it, but I don't go back there, not because of the product but because of the service, I was tricked, I paid a monthly insurance fee without knowing it, after having several times the salesperson did not want this insurance. At the payment box the girl was kind enough to debit the insurance amount after asking me if I wanted to join, to which I replied that I didn't, already completely annoyed!!! When I arrived home I found that the invoice included €10.99 of said insurance. I called to complain, the matter was resolved, I'm still waiting for the call... it was on the 2nd of September of this year.

Problemas com os materiais (forno de exposição, que dissemos expressamente que não queriamos, foi entregue como novo que supostamente teria caixa danificado. Recebemos 0 informação quanto a isto, e o forno foi entregue como poderão ver na foto. Coincidentemente o expositor onde ele estava encontrava-se vazio quando lá fomos reclamar), com as entregas (de 4 entregas que foram necessárias, nenhuma ocorreu no horário previsto, sem nenhum aviso dado ao cliente, e 1 num dia diferente por imposição da RP) e com o atendimento (o nível de Desinteresse aquando da reclamação foi memorável). Não recomendaria a absolutamente ninguém, é pena não conseguir atribuir 0 estrelas. We had so many problems that I will do everything possible to never buy anything from Rádio Popular again. Problems with the materials (display oven, which we expressly said we didn't want, was delivered as new which supposedly had a damaged box. We received 0 information about this, and the oven was delivered as you can see in the photo. Coincidentally the exhibitor where he was it was empty when we went there to complain), with deliveries (of 4 deliveries that were necessary, none took place on schedule, without any notice given to the client, and 1 on a different day due to RP imposition) and with service (the level of disinterest when complaining was memorable). I would not recommend it to anyone, it is a shame to not be able to assign 0 stars.
M	Michaela Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A TV chegou avariada fui reclamar e trocaram por outra qual o meu espanto quando chego a casa ao abrir a outra não trazia o livro,as pilhas já vinham inseridas no comando,faltavam os parafusos da parede, esferovite partido enfim deram me uma TV usada e nem sequer tiveram o cuidado de colocar tudo em ordem na caixa não gostei desta experiência já tinha comprado lá e foi a primeira vez que aconteceu enfim posso voltar a comprar lá mas irei examinar tudo dentro da caixa antes de levar.
