Man I trained before in other places, but honestly, in the first class I felt accepted and within that whole family. Teachers / teachers are like mom and dad in the middle of it ... They act to protect you and provide the best. Very good

Great place to play sports. There is Jiu Jitsu, yoga, pilates .. The teachers are attentive and help with whatever you need to achieve the goals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia enganadora, recebe bem as pessoas e tudo não passa daí. Desorganização estrutural nas aulas tanto nos kids como nos adultos. Pagamentos sem recibo, graduação dos alunos é feita mediante a relação com o professor, nunca por evolução pessoal ou pontual, mesmo muito aleatório. No dia a dia vive se um hambiente de sobrevivencia para suportar o espaço, relatado pelo próprio professo,,,A academia sofre graves problemas no que diz respeito a federal a mesma pois desde que deu início Portugal nunca foi possível federar a academia legalmente para que os atletas possam competir. Muito triste e frustrante o tempo investido numa academia assim.
Deceptive gym, welcomes people and everything doesn't go beyond that. Structural disorganization in classes for both kids and adults. Payments without receipt, students' graduation is made through the relationship with the teacher, never by personal or punctual evolution, even very random. On a daily basis, there is an environment of survival to support the space, reported by the professor himself,,,The academy suffers serious problems with regard to the federal one because since it started Portugal it has never been possible to legally federate the academy so that athletes can compete. Very sad and frustrating the time invested in a gym like this.
