We booked the Ramada for a long weekend in Lisbon and it certainly met our expectations. Its located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city which means you need to take the metro to get into the city . (Red line or blue and red line if you want a more busy area), red takes you to the tram lines that run through old town. Clean and spacious rooms with super soft beds and linens, one of the best hotel matresses i do believe i have ever had. The building is a bit old but thats not to any concern as everything works. The breakfast is delicious, and well worth to include. The wifi is fast, and the metro runs right outside (Olaias stop) Definetly reccomend staying here when in Lisbon

We stayed in Portugal for a week at the end of October. As far as location, it's a bit out of the center of Lisbon but the Metro is practically in front of the hotel and you're in the center within 10 minutes; you do need to take two metros to get to the center but transfer time is practically non-existent. The rooms were great, it was nice and clean; wouldn't say it had a modern decor, but we don't really care about that. We were on the 16th floor and were not facing the road, with a nice view of the city. We didn't notice any noise from outside or from the other rooms. The air conditioning worked fine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Roomservice was also good (would recommend the steak sandwich and the club sandwhich). Breakfast was good with usual breakfast items. Staff was friendly, helpful and very professional, special thanks to Duarte. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would come back next time we're in Lisbon!

Nice hotel located a bit outside the city. However, this was no problem as the hotel is located right next to the metro station where you can easily get into the city. Good service and very tasty breakfast.

I don’t know why this is a 4-star hotel. Air conditioning barely works, they don’t even leave you a bottle of water in the room. You can feel that the building could use some renovation. At least staff is really friendly.

Quite, pragmatic Business Hotel in Lisbon For a trade fair visit I stayed 5 nights in the Ramada by Wyndham in Lisbon. The hotel is a quite modern hotel, in the Olaias district. It's very close to the Metro station "Olaias" which makes travel in the city very easy and comfortable, even without a car. The service at the reception is based on the staff very different - while the check in was amazing, complaints management, service requests and check out were sort of disappointing. Sadly the corona rules and learnings are either requested or enforced. So no masks in the lobby for the guests, in the elevators and on the hallways. And no intention of the staff to change that. The rooms are modern with a tendency to look worn off. While you can’t hear anything from the outside traffic, the AC is very loud and also the social life of your room neighbours will not be a secret for you. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The preparation was not up to 100%, I had to ask several times for a full set of towels. Sadly the room service has to be ordered via pre printed notes - and acts at unusual times. On the first day out of the trade fair I didn't get room service. So some lights, some shadows in this department. Also to mention - when you open the water taps the first water that comes out is yellowish (see picture), so better let the faucet run before facilitating the water.

I always liked Ramada standards. Lisbon Ramada was a good point for stay especially if you are in Lisbon for a business. Great internet connection all around the hotel, nice breakfast, and really pleasant team. During your stay, you feel like staying in the hotel, in your office, or in your house. It is really close to the metro station ( like 50m ) and you are in the city centre in minutes. It is also located on the Airport Metro line and you will be in the airport in 15 or 20 minutes.

Plus one star because the metro and bus stations are right outside the hotel. Another star for having reasonable price although I had bought it through points. The staff were condescending when you ask them questions. I asked for airport drop off because I had an early morning flight and the website said they offered it (the number one reason I chose this hotel) but nope! Because the station is nearby, they no longer do. Problem is that the train doesn't run earlier than 6am. The food they offered also sucked. I ordered a pizza and it was served burnt. Yuck. The walls were so thin I was hearing to the conversations next door my entire time. Finally, the water temperature would not regulate. I shower in lukewarm water but within seconds it's scalding hot. I would not come back.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, little bit dated, but excellent bathroom. It would have had a great view, but fog arrived that day. I was able to print out some documentation at reception, which was great. Didn't stay for breakfast due to early flight. Parking was only €5 for 24 hours and an easy less than 10 drive to airport. Thanks to all the staff?
