Franchement, malgré qu'elle représente une "grosse" agence immobilière, elle a su rester proche de sa clientèle en nous garantissant un service de qualité
We had the opportunity to discuss the sale of our apartment with Sofia Martins. The latter was very professional both in her explanations and in her availability.
Frankly, although it represents a "big" real estate agency, it has been able to stay close to its customers by guaranteeing us a quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I engaged several local realtor companies to purchase a property. By far the most helpful, hardworking and professional company I dealt with was ReMax. Our specific agent was Miss Carla Cordeiro. She was highly professional, available 24/7, worked very hard to find suitable properties (a number of which were off market) and made herself available to assist in all matters even items which were outside her strict terms of reference. I should also mention Patricia who is the in-house counsel who was at hand at 8pm to draw up a bi lingual promissory contract without hesitation. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever with Rafaela Almeida. A compulsive liar. On November 2014 she said she had sold our house. Two weeks later she confirmed she had received a check from the buyer. We moved to Spain and bought another house. She gave us excuses for two months as to why we could not cash the check. In January, she finally admited the buyer never gave her a check. We had to hire a lawyer to solve this mess. Thanks to the lawyer we didn't´pay the extra commission of 17.000 euros (black money) she requested. She finally sold the house, we got the check in March, but the stress we went though was horrible. Sol Alos (the owner) apologized. She is very profesional and caring... however, Rafaela Almeida is still working for them, so I have no other option than to write a bad review (I should of done it years ago) so you are not involved in the same situation.
