★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem agentes muito bons e competentes, sempre prestáveis e preocupados. Mas também tem alguns agentes maus, pouco desenrascados e descuidados. Daí as 3 estrelas. Uma agência que cobra uma percentagem tão alta e exclusividade, deveriam ter uma avaliação constante dos colaboradores. Tive muita sorte com o meu mediador mas interagi com a mediadora que estava a vender a casa que comprei e com a que estava a comprar a minha casa... detestei!
It has very good and competent agents, always helpful and concerned. But there are also some bad agents, little out of touch and careless. Hence the 3 stars. An agency that charges such a high percentage and exclusivity, should have a constant evaluation of employees. I was very lucky with my mediator but I interacted with the mediator who was selling the house I bought and the one who was buying my house ... I hated it!
