★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 3 weeks I'm still waiting to hear from Nuno barão, about viewing a property. Waste of time, if he's busy why doesn't he just say? Just as a courtesy, totally doing nothing when there is 120,000 euros sat waiting to be viewed is a shame.
Após 3 semanas ainda estou à espera de notícias do Nuno barão, sobre a visita a uma propriedade. Perda de tempo, se ele está ocupado, por que simplesmente não diz? Apenas como cortesia, não fazer nada quando há 120.000 euros esperando para serem vistos é uma pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já recorri a remax de Portimão para a aquisição de outros apartamentos na praia da Rocha e a experiência com o Sr. José Cabrita foi bastante positiva, infelizmente com o senhor Ruben António a possibilidade de aquisição de um apartamento não poderia ter sido pior.
Sem dúvida que a conduta profissional pecou em todos os aspectos. Eticamente deplorável.
As pretensões de adquirir um imóvel continuam, contudo a péssima imagem deixada pelo Sr Ruben António, que certamente não caracterizam os outros elementos da remax vão-nos fazer, seguramente, optar por outra agência.
I have already resorted to Portimão remax for the acquisition of other apartments in Praia da Rocha and the experience with Mr. José Cabrita was very positive, unfortunately with Mr. Ruben António the possibility of acquiring an apartment could not have been worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agentes muito simpáticos. Mas.... Aconteceu-me a mesma situação que descrita anteriormente. O agente imobiliário (Paulo) tentou vender-me uma fração com obras ilegais e por licenciar. Fui alertado da situação por um agente da concorrência e confirmei a situação na câmara. Finalizei o negocio com uma agencia imobiliária concorrente que funcionou de uma maneira muito transparente e sincera.
Very friendly agents. But .... The same situation happened as I described earlier. The real estate agent (Paulo) tried to sell me a fraction with illegal and unlicensed works. I was alerted of the situation by a competition agent and confirmed the situation in the chamber. I ended the deal with a competing real estate agency that worked in a very transparent and sincere way.

Aconselho a todos que verifiquem, na câmara de Portimão, a situação de casas listadas, principalmente na zona histórica. Fui atendido pelo senhor Paulo que apesar de parecer muito simpático, não defende os interesses dos clientes e esconde informação vital para a compreensão dos negócios que propõe.
Professionals only interested in receiving money from commissions. Several houses and apartments for sale in an illegal situation. I advise everyone to check, in the Portimão council, the situation of listed houses, especially in the historic area. I was attended by Mr. Paulo who, although he seems very friendly, does not defend the interests of customers and hides vital information for understanding the business he proposes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BERATER meldet sich nicht mehr, 2x telefonisch nachgefragt was mit dem Objekt war...keine Antwort. Pure Porfitgier statt Absprachen einzuhalten. HANDSCHLAGVERTRÄGE GELTEN BEI DIESER FIRMA NICHTS.
BERATER no longer answers, asked twice by phone what happened to the property ... no answer. Pure passion instead of sticking to agreements. HANDSHAKE AGREEMENTS DO NOT APPLY WITH THIS COMPANY.
