★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O computador do meu namorado voltou de lá com um problema que nada tinha a ver com o problema pelo qual havíamos solicitado os seus serviços. O computador deixou de ser capaz de procurar qualquer tipo de rede de internet. Apenas a rede de casa era detectada e não conseguimos mais utilizar a internet naquele computador fora de casa. Não nos importamos muito, pelo menos em casa a internet funcionava. Passado pouco mais de um ano, nós, tendo alterado a rede de casa para outra operadora, deixamos de poder usufruir da nossa própria internet a partir daquele computador. Foi então que voltamos à re@ge para resolver o problema que eles próprios tinham criado. Explicamos a situação tal como se sucedeu e deixamos lá o pc. Quando o fomos levantar, cobraram-nos 20€ por nos formatar o computador. Ora, se era para formatar, tb nós o sabíamos fazer. No entanto, levamo-lo lá pois entendíamos que tinham de ser eles a arranjar. Ninguém nos avisou, antes de deixarmos o computador, que teríamos de pagar fosse o que fosse. Perante a minha surpresa, o rapaz que nos atendeu, não foi nada simpático e até bufava quando eu estava a explicar a situação, tendo até me retirado o computador da minha frente e voltado a recolhê-lo, tendo dito que só falaria com o meu namorado, dono do computador. Ora, o meu namorado só saía do trabalho às 18h, tendo combinado pelo telefone que passaria na loja às 18.05h. Qual não foi o seu espanto aquando da chegada pontual, a loja já estava fechada!! Toda esta situação revela muita falta de empatia, compreensão e educação. O que considero muito estranho para alguém que está à frente de uma loja de atendimento ao público.

After just over a year, we, having changed the home network to another operator, are no longer able to enjoy our own internet from that computer. It was then that we went back to re @ ge to solve the problem that they themselves had created. We explained the situation as it happened and left the PC there. When we went to pick it up, they charged us € 20 for formatting the computer. Now, if it was to be formatted, we also knew how to do it. However, we took him there because we understood that they had to fix it. Nobody warned us, before we left the computer, that we would have to pay anything. In the face of my surprise, the boy who attended us was not at all friendly and even snorted when I was explaining the situation, having even removed the computer in front of me and picked it up again, having said that he would only speak to mine. boyfriend, owner of the computer. Now, my boyfriend only left work at 6 pm, having arranged by phone that he would stop by the store at 6.05 pm. What was your surprise when you arrived on time, the store was already closed !! This whole situation reveals a great lack of empathy, understanding and education. Which I find very strange for someone who is in charge of a public service store.
