★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place for you, if you like awful live music while trying to sleep in a mattress that feels like the floor.
I’ve never slept so badly.
On the other hand, the apartment looks nice, it’s clean, the breakfast is great and the staff is nice. This makes even harder to understand why they didn’t invest a bit more on good mattresses and why they chose to place pubs on the same building as their apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far away from a 5 star hotel. Although all the staff is very nice and educated, rooms and specially toilets feel very worn off. Mattresses have a plastic cover that makes a lot of noise every time we move and makes the bed feel very cheap. Carpets on the corridors are completely torn and need replacing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came back after three year and the place is still spotlessly clean.The bed mattress is getting tired as is the sofa bed but the only thing that desperately needs upgrading is the corkscrew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was nice, breakfast was beautiful, however I had a room with a joining door into the next room, although it was locked which was good, I could hear everything they said, it was like there was no door, at 3.55am he was on the phone talking, this woke me up, I wasn't pleased I banged on the door, ect, he didn't say a word, just left the room, I couldn't get back to sleep, ruined my day, so be careful when you book, ask questions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Real Marina is a very pleasant place for holidays. Especially the dinner and breakfast is very rich. I am gluten intolerant and the service staff made sure that I never got gluten in the food. Hotel is highly recommended! I will be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a relaxing two nights, during a rainy weekend and selected Vila Real Marina Residence for its facilities. Leaving tomorrow extremely disappointed, indoor swing pool closed and at the room there were no bags of coffe/tea and wanted to charge €3 for a single tea bag.
That’s unbelievable.
I’ll never be back at this place
