Manque de vaisselle exemple 2 petites cuillères, pas de saladier etc etc Mais pb résolu le lendemain renfort de vaisselle et j'ai fait le ménage dans l'appartement. L'escalier c'est une amie du seule appartement privé qui a fait le ménage (pas normal) Ensuite agréable les bonnes odeurs de linges qui sèche sur les arbres à oui il y a laverie pour le nettoyage drap serviette pour toutes les locations au environ dans la residences. C'est moyen Gros changement en qualité car nous y allons depuis 5 ans reprise par Portugalferias c'est pas top A difficult start. Cleanliness of the apartment on arrival not great, the common areas staircase, pool tower. Lack of crockery example 2 small spoons, no salad bowl etc etc But pb solved the next day reinforcement of dishes and I cleaned the apartment. The staircase is a friend of the only private apartment who did the cleaning (not normal) Then pleasant the good smells of linen which dries on the trees to yes there is laundry for cleaning towel sheet for all rentals approximately in the residences. It's medium Big change in quality because we have been going there for 5 years, taken over by Portugalferias, it's not great

Os espaços comuns nunca foram limpos; a roupa não foi mudada, apesar de ter sido contratualizado. As zonas não imediatamente visíveis do apartamento, como a do gavetão, encontravam-se sujas. Good facilities, but a lot of lack of care in cleaning and sanitizing. Common spaces were never cleaned; the clothes were not changed, despite having been contracted. Areas not immediately visible in the apartment, such as the drawer, were dirty.
S	Svenja Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Der Pool ist hervorragend und ich hatte ihn, während meiner 4 Tage dort, fast für mich allein. Supermarkt und schöner Strand mit tollen Restaurants in Laufnähe. Appartement zweckmäßig, würde ich sagen. Relativ groß, Küchenausstattung ein bisschen dürftig, aber ausreichend. Es gibt recht wenig Steckdosen. Toaster, Mikrowelle und Pürierstab mussten sich eine teilen, im Schlafzimmer habe ich gar keine entdecken können. Für 50€ die Nacht und einen 4 Tage Aufenthalt okay, allerdings hatte ich bei Ankunft Probleme den Parkplatz zu finden und die telefonische Hilfe, nach einem äußerst anstrengenden Tag für mich, war da wenig hilfreich. Und der Check-in war eigentlich nur eine Schlüsselübergabe, bei der es wirkte, als würde der junge Mann einfach nur schnell wieder weg wollen. Keine Zeit für Fragen oder ähnliches, alles was er mir sagte war: Vordertür benutzen(mein Schlüssel funktionierte dort nicht) und bei Abreise einfach denn Schlüssel in die Schale auf dem Tisch legen. Außerdem gibt es kein WLAN und der Fleck über der Dusche sollte mal bearbeitet werden (s. Foto). Deshalb würde ich es vermutlich, trotz super Pool und toller Lage, nicht wieder buchen. Price / performance ratio was okay. The pool is excellent and I had it almost to myself during my 4 days there. Supermarket and beautiful beach with great restaurants within walking distance. Apartment functional, I would say. Relatively large, kitchen equipment a bit poor, but sufficient. There are very few power outlets. Toaster, microwave and hand blender had to share one, I couldn't find any in the bedroom. For 50 € a night and a 4 day stay okay, however, I had problems finding the parking space on arrival and the telephone help after an extremely stressful day for me was not very helpful. And the check-in was actually just a handover of the keys, at which it seemed as if the young man just wanted to leave again quickly. No time for questions or the like, all he told me was: use the front door (my key didn't work there) and when you leave, just put the key in the bowl on the table. In addition, there is no WiFi and the stain above the shower should be worked on (see photo). That's why I would probably not book it again, despite the great pool and great location.

Estive em junho e em julho e em todo o recinto (piscina e prédio) só existe um dispensador de álcool gel SEMPRE vazio. Em julho quando existem certificado de vacinação ou teste covid, e foi me confirmado via telefónica, aquando do check in não me foi pedido. Deduzo assim que as cerca de 20 pessoas que estavam em 18 espreguiçadeiras durante a semana em que estive não deve ter sido exigido teste também. Durante a semana inteira que la estive nunca vi desinfetarem as espreguiçadeiras ou limparem as escadas do prédio. Limpeza normal do apartamento (não aparentou ser mais cuidada devido ao covid). Pedi um RC por ter bebé, entregam um apartamento sujo e demoram me para resolver a situação que foi bloquearem na reação e eu ter de ceder para um andar superior. The location is very good and quiet as are the apartment areas. However, it lacks what is the Clean and Safe seal. I went in June and July and in the entire enclosure (swimming pool and building) there is only one alcohol gel dispenser ALWAYS empty. In July, when there is a vaccination certificate or a covid test, and it was confirmed by telephone, at check-in I was not asked. I deduce that the approximately 20 people who were on 18 sunbeds during the week I was there must not have been required testing either. During the whole week I was there, I never saw the sunbeds disinfected or the stairs in the building cleaned. Normal cleaning of the apartment (it didn't seem to be more careful due to the covid). I asked for an RC for having a baby, they deliver a dirty apartment and take me to resolve the situation that was blocked in reaction and I have to give up to a higher floor.

O espaço exterior está pouco cuidado: parte do relvado esteve cheio de beatas; uma máscara esteve pendurada numa planta num canteiro muito tempo; as cadeiras à volta da piscina sempre sujas (apesar da chamada de atenção). No interior, não há mudança de toalhas e lençóis por iniciativa própria; não há limpeza semanal; o "gavetão cama" tinha o resguardo do colchão sujo e, por baixo, lixo e migalhas( depois de pedir para mudar o resguardo, o que fizeram, o lixo permaneceu no mesmo sítio). Este empreendimento não obedece, portanto, a padrões de higiene e limpeza exigidos por um turismo de qualidade. It has conditions for a good stay, although cleanliness and concern for the well-being of guests are not at all desirable. The outer space is not well taken care of: part of the lawn was full of butts; a mask has been hanging on a plant in a flower bed for a long time; the chairs around the pool are always dirty (despite the warning). Inside, there is no change of towels and sheets on their own initiative; there is no weekly cleaning; the "bed drawer" had a dirty mattress cover and, underneath, garbage and crumbs (after asking to change the cover, which they did, the garbage remained in the same place). This development, therefore, does not comply with the standards of hygiene and cleanliness required by quality tourism.
D	D. Andrew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lets say you get what you pay for. Iam glad I paid a low season cheaper price. Altho the close to the beach located appartement is spacious and has a nice garden and pool. The place itself lackes a lot. There is no staff on the site and you have to call them while they do not answer the phone at all. You are basically on your own. I asker them 3 times to repair or come by to inspect but they didnt come. They didnt answer the phone again afterwards. The fridge didnt work, the water kept cold, the neighbour AC unit leaks water on the balcony which makes a very annoying drip sound that you can hear all night long, the wifi didnt work and the place is outdated. We had to wait an our after arrivel to receive the key.
