Ao abrir o bolo e provar, no momento da festa, verificou-se que o bolo era de extremo mau gosto, quer a nível de decoração, quer também a nível de sabor, de tal forma que nenhuma das pessoas presentes ousou comeu tal iguaria.
Ao proceder à reclamação, voltando à pastelaria, a resposta dada por alguém responsável pela empresa foi que, "para a próxima escolhesse um bolo melhor", sem sequer se disponibilizar para remediar a situação, devolvendo o valor pago ou mesmo confeccionando um outro bolo para a cliente, tendo em conta o péssimo estado do produto encomendado.
Experiência a não repetir, sem dúvida!

Upon opening the cake and tasting it, at the time of the party, it was found that the cake was extremely tasteless, both in terms of decoration and flavor, in such a way that none of the people present dared to eat such a delicacy.
When proceeding with the complaint, returning to the pastry shop, the answer given by someone responsible for the company was that "for the next one, choose a better cake", without even offering to remedy the situation, returning the amount paid or even making another cake to the customer, taking into account the poor condition of the ordered product.
Experience not to be repeated, without a doubt!
