★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the honor and joy to cook for Alex's retreat last week. I am in awe. The power and energy I felt was incredible. The presence of everyone on the retreat was palpable. All of the facilitators were amazing. So focused. So dedicated. They show up with such grace. I was welcomed to participate in the Cacao Ceremony and the Ice Bath that both blew me away. My god what beautiful experiences. I can't recommend this team and this retreat enough. I can't wait to attend myself ASAP! Wow.
