Had a good trip with them last week. At the last minutes of the scheduled time of the bus also we were lucky to get the tickets.

Conveniently located. You can have a quick access from sete ríos railway station to the rede expresses bus station via elevator. Recomendable for tourists with bulky and heavy baggages. You got to wait for signs turning on and informing you which line your bus will station until the last moment of departure. Bathroom costs 0.5 euro for each use in the bus station. The bus from sete ríos to porto ( final destination is braga) has a toilet. There is a baggage storage in the station with a cost of 2 euros until 3 hours and 5 euros until 24 hours.

If you don’t have money( coins) you can’t use toilet Management have to think and give a easy way to use the toilet.

The worst transport compqny in portugal , the things get easily stolen , if i complain they just say mail. We will look forward , i mailed more than 20 time they dont response , again when i went to office the guy treated the worst , never again travelling

Convenient way to travel between cities in Portugal. Busses seems comfortable. A lot of routines . Right here parking for cars. Not so crowded. Clean and safe

We had a comfortable ride from Lisbon to Nazaré ?. We booked the tickets online. It was easy to find the bus station and the right bus. There is a Café in front of the Bus Station. The 1 hour 45 minute ride was comfortable and on time. The tolilets at the bus stop are to expensive (1€).

If I could provide zero stars I would. I am on the 11:45am 24/03/2022 route from Lisbon to Lagos right now. Firstly reading so many negative reviews I’m disgusted what seems like nothing has changed much or that any of these comments have be taken seriously by the company or customer service. Firstly the driver was rude to several people boarding. I was told toilet use was a NO but then when I explained I was pregnant was told only for emergency. Firstly when you buy your ticket there is nothing that states this ridiculous rule! Iv read numerous reviews of people having to wait 3.5 hours to get to their destination not having access to the toilet and what seems this is the discretion of the driver. In any journey whether it be on a bus or airplane it is normal to have food and drink. On this occasion our driver had not mentioned anything upon departure and when my bf was seen eating the driver was quick to tell him off. Saying on the next stop how he would call the police. (Like really?!!). Let me just say, on the website there is nothing shared about no food or drink not being allowed, nothing on the ticket itself or email confirmation!!! Also, after my bf called customer service who was completely useless they stated TOILET USAGE WAS DISCRETION OF THE DRIVER!! Never in my life have I experienced such nonsense and reading from previous complaints on here I don’t really expect anything to change or anyone to contact me. Being 6 months pregnant and having a journey that is meant to be so straight forward did I expect to feel so stressed out and anxious. BUT if your reading this please do nothing expect much. If you can take another mode of transport please do.
