Por fim após não ter o meu problema resolvido, entrei em contato com outra conservatório e a funcionária muito educada, e atenciosa me informou e me instruiu sempre muito bem disposta.
The employee unwilling to provide the information I needed, unwilling, lazy and rude to talk to people. Finally, after not having my problem solved, I got in touch with another conservatory and the very polite and attentive employee informed me and instructed me, always in a very good mood.
