★ ★ ★ ★ ★ long queues and the ticketing system wasnt really working. nonetheless the people attending were nice and suportive. i have managed to get things done. ihave used this services in previous years and never had issues. not sure what happened this year...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queues as not nearly enough staff for the number of jobs they are expected to do. However the staff there do their best and have always been helpful and pleasant to me. Time the Government supplied enough staff to help them do their important work. They do their best to do a great job. MD
