Office space for companies that takes advantage of the building of the former Civil Government of Porto. The interior is renovated and modern. It has the necessary equipment to run small businesses and the staff is very friendly and available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well restored old building with amazing details. Friendly desk staff. Pantry with Nespresso, tap water is potable. Modern styling, bright. Aircos in rooms, plenty of power outlets. Three coffee bars/bakeries in a row across the street.
