★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há dias estes miseráveis andavam ali pelo jumbo pareciam eles que vendiam gelados com bandeirinhas e tal. Completamente perdidos pela especulação imobiliária e pela falta de sensatez económica e social. Um dia deverão ter uma boa resposta para apresentar aos próprios filhos quando estes se depararem com os preços disparatados do mercado imobiliário português.
Some days these miserable ones were going there by jumbo they looked like they sold ice-cream with flags and such. Completely lost by real estate speculation and lack of economic and social wisdom. One day they should have a good response to present to their own children when they come across the crazy prices of the Portuguese real estate market.

Queriam que nós assinassemos um contrato para pagamento pelos serviços de apoio à procura de casa (o que até seria justo!)... Pedimos para ler a informação em casa e da próxima vez que estivéssemos juntos entregávamos. Foi aceite .. mas nunca mais fomos contactados! Acredito que haja muitos clientes , mas nunca se deveria fazer isso a ninguém .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas vezes questiona-se a utilidade de uma imobiliária e de um mediador, será que são completamente dispensáveis e assim sempre se poupa uma choruda comissão?
Pela minha experiência podem ser, de facto, muito úteis e importantes desde que competentes.
Hoje estou certo que perdi um possível negócio por, na minha opinião, ter lidado com pessoas pouco competentes desta agência. A falta de contato direto e a utilização de vários intermediários impede que a mensagem chegue completa e se contornem dificuldades.
A falta de acompanhamento e contatos torna uma missão impossível fechar um negócio. A falta de destreza e capacidade de ajuste para situações inesperadas impedem o sucesso. E foi esta a minha péssima experiência. De um compromisso de assinatura de CPCV a constantes adiamentos e depois a um aumento do preço da casa na página da remax sem nunca me ter sido dito nada torna esta experiência um absurdo.
The question is often questioned about the usefulness of a real estate company and a mediator, are they completely expendable and so you always save a hefty commission?
In my experience they can be, in fact, very useful and important as long as they are competent.
Today I am sure that I lost a possible deal because, in my opinion, I dealt with less competent people from this agency. The lack of direct contact and the use of various intermediaries prevents the message from being completed and difficulties are avoided.
The lack of follow-up and contacts makes it a mission impossible to close a deal. Lack of dexterity and ability to adjust to unexpected situations impede success. And this was my bad experience. From a commitment to a CPCV subscription to constant postponements and then to an increase in the price of the house on the remax page without ever being told anything makes this experience absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Agency helps you to find your desired House/Apartment/Shop to buy or rent. This is really a growing business in Lisbon.
Well, the agency has lots of services. First of all, they will concern with our documents. They will ask the features and location of the House/Apartment/Shop that we want to buy/rent. After some days, they will match the criteria and informed us to visit the place. The workers are very energetic, polite and sincere. Most of them can speak English very well. If we do not have time to find the place, this is the best place where we need to visit.
Although this is a growing business in Lisbon, it has some bad aspects too. In some cases, the agency can not fulfill the customer´s attention. And they need at least one Guaranteed Citizen to rent House. I have no idea how the Customer will manage to find those Citizen here in rush hours.
In overall, we can not neglect that this is the organized way to serve Citizen. In future, I hope they will resolve these problems. In addition, I know they will grow their business very well. :)
