Todo o processo correu lindamente, sem surpresas, a Remax Ímpar tratou de toda a burocracia, tive o mínimo de 'chatices' possíveis. Também tive a oportunidade de conhecer a broker Susana Aleixo, uma excelente profissional com um vasto conhecimento do ramo, que foi incansável a esclarecer quaisquer dúvidas adicionais. Tanto a Maria como a Susana trataram do meu processo com a maior eficiência e simpatia. Realmente posso dizer que esta agência quebra muitos dos estereótipos negativos associados ao ramo imobiliário. I strongly recommend buying and / or selling a house with Remax Ímpar. Personally, I bought a house with the agent Maria Rocha Leite and I couldn't be more satisfied. The whole process went smoothly, without surprises, Remax Ímpar took care of all the bureaucracy, I had as little 'boring' as possible. I also had the opportunity to meet the broker Susana Aleixo, an excellent professional with extensive knowledge of the field, who was tireless to clarify any additional doubts. Both Maria and Susana took care of my process with the greatest efficiency and friendliness. I can really say that this agency breaks many of the negative stereotypes associated with the real estate business. It was a pleasure and, if I need it in the future, I will go back to selling / buying a house with Remax Ímpar.
