★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vente d'une maison à Peniche : Ah très bien au début, on promet de donner le nombre de vue sur le site, le nombre de visite de la maison, sans rien demander sauf que ces rapports ne sont jamais donnés et quand viens le moment de demander des "comptes", on nous répond qu'il y a eu des visites mais que le prix de vente est trop élevé..et ensuite la seule chose qu'ils savent demander c'est de baisser le prix, baisser le prix !!! Peut importe le prix vendu car pour tout montant de vente inférieur à 100000 Euros, commission de 5000 Eur à la charge du vendeur donc peut importe le prix de vente donc ils demandent de baisser le prix même à 5000 Eur, ils toucheront leur com... un conseil fuillez ce réseau Remax à moins que votre bien soit mis en vente au dessus de 100000 Eur dans ce cas, ils sont payés au pourcentage et là comme par miracle, ils se bougent.. lamentable ?
