★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A "mediadora" foi bastante mal-educada quando lhe fizemos uma simples questão, tendo inclusive desligado a chamada enquanto ainda falávamos! É o que dá não darem formação! Ou se dão, esquecem-se que a parte humana é fundamental nesta área! Nunca irei recomendar!
The "mediator" was quite rude when we asked her a simple question, and even hung up the call while we were still talking! That's what gives them no training! Or if they do, they forget that the human part is fundamental in this area! I will never recommend!
