★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrs. Fernanda provided an extrememly generous help at all times during our procedures of the apartment purchase. There have been several beurocratic and practical complications along the way and there was also the surrounding circumstances of Covid-19 but Mrs. Fernanda made sure that the procedures are concluded and finalized properly.
She has a perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. She responded to all our questions and requests promptly and she was always there to help whenever we felt lost - and as foreigners we needed a lot of her help so we feel extremely lucky to have worked with her and to know her.
