★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não dou nota mínima, porque nem toda a gente foi péssima. Em 7 meses, após baixar varias vezes o preço do meu apartamento, só obtive 1 proposta e foi muito abaixo do esperado. O problema foi quando quis rescindir o contrato. Mandei uma carta registada, mas mesmo assim, não respeitaram a minha decisão. Pedi para retirarem as fotos do site num determinado dia, e não foi respeitado. Escrevi uma carta para o departamento de Qualidade da Remax e se não obter resposta vou ter que partir para via judicial.
I don't give a minimum grade, because not everyone was terrible. In 7 months, after lowering my apartment price several times, I only got 1 proposal and it was much lower than expected. The problem was when I wanted to terminate the contract. I sent a registered letter, but even so, they did not respect my decision. I asked to remove the photos from the site on a certain day, and it was not respected. I wrote a letter to Remax's Quality department and if I don't get an answer, I will have to go to court.
