Para além disso, estou a aguardar informação do que foi feito em relação a um barulho no motor, e o problema de humidade que foi a arranjar mantém-se - já informei e ninguém, mas mesmo ninguém dá qualquer resposta / informação

Foi agendada a intervenção e aguardei a conclusão no espaço disponível para o cliente que me permitiu ligar PC e trabalhar.
Tudo aconteceu com diligência e no tempo previsto.
Saliento a relevância e excelência do vosso serviço, que permite agendar uma hora concreta para a intervenção, alocar os recursos técnicos para realizar o trabalho e, no final, entregar imediatamente a viatura.
A lógica antiga e desadequada de obrigar o Cliente a deixar a viatura mais de um dia, apenas se justifica em circunstâncias em que os trabalhos a realizar são de duração superior a um dia de trabalho.
Merece por isso elogio esta abordagem mais profissional e orientada ao cliente.

The old and inappropriate logic of forcing the Customer to leave the vehicle for more than one day is only justified in circumstances where the work to be carried out lasts for more than one working day.
This more professional and customer-oriented approach deserves praise.
