O único que atendeu foi das vendas que nada pode fazer. É deste jeito que desejam ter clientes, uma vergonha a nível de atendimento telefónico. O vendedor de vendas ficou com o meu contacto, afim de alguém me contactar. Fiz várias telefonemas desde o telefone fixo e alguns do telemóvel. Unfortunately today I continue to try to get in touch with the dealership from 9 am until now 11:43 am, the phone rings, no one answers. The only one that answered was the sales that nothing can do. That's how they want to have customers, a shame in terms of telephone service. The salesperson kept my contact in order for someone to contact me. I made several phone calls from the landline and some from the cell phone.

O concessionário, cumpre as normas estipuladas de higienização individual e dos veículos em exposição e o distanciamento, para contenção da disseminação de CoViD-19, pelo que o espaço em si também transmitiu muita segurança. From the first contact, the seller was very helpful, demonstrating a good knowledge of the vehicle's technical specifications and all the purchase conditions. The dealership complies with the stipulated standards of individual hygiene and of the vehicles on display and the distance, to contain the spread of CoViD-19, so the space itself also conveyed a lot of safety.

L	Lionel Adams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is easier and quicker to book a service across the border. In my case I would have to wait five weeks to have my Renault Zoe serviced, while in Spain, three days. My car was serviced in aproximate five hours. The staff are also a lot more friendly.

The procedure to finally be able to leave your car!!!! Every minute cost a business money if they are not well organized. This went through my mind, but the way they took care about my car when finally it was my turn, was excellent. I thought I had found a garage that will do a good work! I booked a new time with them to bring my car to inspection. Told them that the car was overdue, but because of Covid 19 I had been informed that those dates had been prolonged. I was not questioned when my car where due, when they made the appointment. The day before the scedule they cancelled because of illness, but no problems to get a new time two weeks later. Arrive before sceduled time, same procedure as last time, when leaving the car, waiting, waiting,,,,,,! Finally my turn, just to be informed they cant do the inspection because the car is overdue!? Also they have no time to do the checkup before the inspection! Understood this is a dead end, have to go myself. Also with all of the delay, not my fault, they dont have time to go throug the car before the inspection. I ended up with them looking up a light, got a 1 for that one not working + a couple of other things that could have been avoided if they had checked my car properly on my sceduled time. I will never visit them again and advice others not to.
