Problemas surgiram, alguns atendidos, outros mais graves não atendidos. Sempre com promessas, não cumpridas.
Faltando pouco para terminar a garantia, deu um problema, como moro em figueira da foz, não tendo como ir em Maceira, levei o veículo em uma oficina, e mandei efetuar o serviço.
O valor foi 147,60 euros, entrando em contacto com a Rep portela, senhor Isaac, foi muito grosseiro, e não reembolsou, alegando que tinha que rebocar o carro até a oficina dele. Assim é fácil e cômodo para esse senhor.

After purchasing the vehicle, in the beginning well attended. The vehicle with a one year warranty.
Problems arose, some attended, others more serious not attended. Always with promises, not kept.
Shortly before finishing the warranty, there was a problem, as I live in Figueira da Foz, having no way to go to Maceira, I took the vehicle in a workshop, and had the service done.
The value was 147.60 euros, contacting Rep Portela, Mr. Isaac, was very rude, and did not reimburse, claiming that he had to tow the car to his workshop. So it is easy and comfortable for that gentleman.
I do not recommend.
