Queixa efetuada no Tribunal Arbitral de Consumo do Porto, processo nº 1491/2017. Depois de notificados não deram qualquer resposta, nem compareceram à audiência marcada. Total falta de seriedade e de respeito para com os clientes.
Bad experience. After a poor repair, they refused to provide any warranty within the legal period of 2 years. Complaint made at the Porto Consumer Arbitration Court, process No. 1491/2017. After being notified, they did not respond, nor did they attend the scheduled hearing. Total lack of seriousness and respect for customers.
