★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei e marcaram, o tecnico não apareceu, liguei de volta não tinham o meu processo de cliente, era como se não existisse, liguei ao técnico reagendei para o dia seguinte, veio tocou à campainha e foi embora a dizer q não tinhamos aberto a porta quando isso é mentira, voltei a ligar para o serviço para perceber o que fazer, e uma senhora que disse chamar-se Clementina nem quis saber o que se tinha passado, só me dizia que se eu não estava no sistema não podia ajudar-me e que eu estava a ocupar-lhe o tempo.
Falta de profissionalismo ao cubo... e muito má educação e vobtade...
