★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disseram-me que demoravam 45 min a chegar. Esperei mais de duas. Contactei diversas pessoas, que diziam que o piquet estaria no trânsito e que iriam retornar a chamada com mais informações. Nunca recebi a tal chamada, nunca apareceram. Não há um sítio disponível para escrever uma reclamação, mas é merecida.
 I was told it took 45 minutes to arrive. I waited more than two. I contacted several people, who said that the picket would be in traffic and that they would return the call with more information. I never received that call, they never came. There is no place available to write a complaint, but it is well deserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30€ paguei por uma deslocação de um técnico, apareceu-me dois técnicos passado por menos 3 horas depois do pedido, na qual num espaço de 5 minutos após ter mencionado o problema da caldeira deram-me um orçamento de 250 euros e avisaram que não haveria eficácia mesmo após o conserto do problema ou seja esperei 3 horas para nada e abri a porta a que pensava que era só um técnico enquanto apareceram me dois em plena pandemia. Muito obrigado por me terem burlado 30 euros de deslocação enquanto estavam a 5 minutos de distância. É um bom sistema de burlas...
