M	Miguel Dias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior oficina que conheço. O carro entrou com um problema explicado tintim por tintim e saiu exactamente com esse mesmo problema. Cobraram-me cerca de 145€ pelo "arranjo" pois, segundo o patrão da oficina, levou a manhã inteira para "arranjar". Para poder perceber o que tinham feito exactamente ao carro, pedi uma factura detalhada que me foi entregue com dois descritores - "materiais" e "serviço". Como poderão calcular, nenhum dos descritores era específico ou detalhado e mostrava somente o preço a si atribuído. Em conversa com o mecânico que mexeu no carro vim a saber que, ao contrário do que tinha dito o patrão, só tinha levado 5 minutos para pôr o carro a andar e não tinha pegado nele novamente. Liguei para a seguradora e transportei o carro para uma oficina de confiança para os lados de Oeiras. Por 120€ resolveu-se o problema do carro (comprou-se uma bobine), mudou-se o farol e mudou-se-lhe o óleo. É essa a diferença entre uma boa oficina e uma oficina de segunda. Evitem estes aldrabões! É ao lado de minha casa e muito mais conveniente mas antes levar o carro sempre à Parede do que voltar a pôr os pés nesta oficina! Worst workshop I know. The car came in with a problem explained one by one and it came out with exactly that same problem. In order to understand exactly what they had done to the car, I asked for a detailed invoice delivered to me with two descriptors - "materials" and "service". As you can calculate, none of the descriptors was specific or detailed and showed only the price assigned to it. In conversation with the mechanic who moved the car, I learned that, contrary to what the boss had said, it had only taken 5 minutes to get the car moving and had not caught it again. I called the insurance company and transported the car to a trustworthy workshop on the side of Oeiras. For 120 € the car problem was solved (a coil was bought), the headlight was changed and the oil was changed. That is the difference between a good workshop and a second-hand workshop. Avoid these crooks! It is next to my house and much more convenient but rather take the car always to the wall than set foot in this workshop!
