O atendimento foi excelente tanto na entrega do relógio como no seu levantamento e a plataforma informática que utilizam permite que o cliente possa ter acesso online e acompanhar passo a passo o orçamento e consequente reparação.
O relógio já não tinha bracelete e acabei por adquirir uma quando o levantei depois de me ter sido dado a escolher duma gama variadíssima.
Recomendo para quem queira reparar ou comprar um relógio novo.
Spectacular service! I left an old watch to notice that it had been damaged by moisture and it was as good as new. The service was excellent both in the delivery of the watch and in its collection and the computer platform they use allows the customer to have online access and to follow the budget and subsequent repair step by step.
The watch no longer had a strap and I ended up purchasing one when I picked it up after being given a choice from a wide range.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to repair or buy a new watch.
