It is a very old and dirty place. Do not be fooled by the pictures because it's not like that and there are cockroaches on top.

The staircase of access is worthy of Hogwarts, and the carpet knew better times, but the treatment and the attention compensate it.

Of course, it should be cleaner and roomier. But for the price it's good to survive the night;)

I can see how it was once a three star hotel in the past, but it is defiantly not a three star now. It is clearly now a two star hotel. The once beautiful lofty interiors have been neglected and basics in the restrooms are poorly patched, painted, and cleaned.
Nothing particularly touristy to just walk out and enjoy. You must take a metro or other mode of transport to the sightseeing destination parts of town.
For the price that we paid there were several more options available in town. We will not revisit the hotel in our future travels. Too bad because the staff there is wonderfully pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always clean , very nice people that are willing to explain you whatever questions that you might have. There's an elevator that you can put your luggage so that'll be more convenient for you to go to your room. Rooms that are really nice and spacious with high ceilings.
