★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel for one week. Due to Covid19 I was not able to go. With the borders close and no flights. Since my reservation was non refundable hotel didn’t offer me any voucher or return money.This is so unfair to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and handy for tube but the room is very dated and needs a kettle...Most staff were miserable but the cleaners were very nice.
The hotel is opposite the metro and closed to the shops if you walk up when you come out of main hotel Door. Breakfast is basic but nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 star hotels in Portugal are actual 2 star. Rooms were clean but furniture old and not in best condition. Breakfast was poor in options and quality of the food not great. The best thing about this hotel is it`s position, just a few steps from Parque Metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ is well placed. the parque subway station is in front of the hotel. Pretty enough breakfast (boiled egg or omelette, cheese, ham and a salami, butter, jam, croissant, coffee, milk, tea, orange juice). pretty clean. if something goes wrong they send it from the reception desk and resolve it. you can leave the luggage to them until you leave. The facades on the facade are very noisy because of traffic on the boulevard.for a hotel without pretensions too big is very ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too basic. Yes it is cheap and well located. However, there are too many negative points for a 3 stars hotel and also for the price you pay.
The shower is just a JOKE, no human being can shower there comfortably. I am going on a camping trip afterwards and I am looking forward for the camping showers...
The quality of everything in the hotel is poor.
It includes a breakfast which is almost as good as buying ham and cheese in the supermarket, however supermarket still got the lead.
All in all, it's a hotel because they change the towels everyday. Every other similarity to comfort is pure coincidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a central location with easy access to the metro, parks and restaurants. Located outside of the main tourist areas it is quiet. The breakfast was excellent, but not a lot of vegetariano options. It was buffet style each morning. Croissant, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, rolls, various meats and cheeses, orange juice, coffee, milk and non dairy options, cakes, sliced breads and jams, fruit and other minor sides.
The room and hotel are older, but it’s good for the price and you may already guess this from the name. We had a magnificent balcony, that was awesome.
