★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu procurava um local para descansar após o trabalho, dormir e tomar banho, nesse âmbito recomendo este alojamento. Boa relação qualidade preço, valor acessível, fui bem recebido pelo responsável, disponível, simpático, bom ambiente entre os hóspedes habituais, perto de tudo, transportes, centro da cidade, supermercado e outros comércios locais.. gostei muito da minha cama, bom colchão. Se voltar a precisar de um sítio para o mesmo efeito, voltarei.
 I was looking for a place to rest after work, sleep and bathe, in this context I recommend this accommodation. Good value for money, affordable value, I was well received by the person in charge, available, friendly, good atmosphere among the usual guests, close to everything, transport, downtown, supermarket and other local shops .. I really liked my bed, good mattress . If I ever need a place for the same purpose, I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização ótima, mais os quartos tem a aparência de sujo entrada parece de castelo abandonado, não tem sabonete na casa de banho, não tem aquecedor, muito ruim mesmo não indico nem para o meu inimigo.
Great location, but the rooms have the appearance of a dirty entrance, it looks like an abandoned castle, there is no soap in the bathroom, there is no heater, very bad, I don’t even recommend it to my enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei hospedado, juntamente com mais 2 casais, no dia 21 de Agosto último (1 noite previamente reservada) nesta Residencial que me merece os seguintes comentários:
- a favor: a localização, a simpatia do recepcionista, snr. Hugo Silva e a disponibilidade de podermos usar o pátio exterior para podermos lanchar o farnel que trouxemos de casa.
- contra: o difícil acesso para estacionarmos as viaturas no parque privativo da residencial; a deficiência no WC, com torneiras pouco fixas; o chuveiro tinha o "telefone" solto; o ar condicionado não funcionava; a TV também estava avariada.
Para as condições oferecidas, o preço do quarto é exorbitante e não pretendo utilizar mais esta Residencial na próxima deslocação à linda cidade de Évora.
I stayed, together with 2 other couples, on the 21st of August last (1 night previously booked) in this Residential that deserves the following comments:
- in favor: the location, the friendliness of the receptionist, snr. Hugo Silva and the availability of being able to use the outdoor patio so that we can snack on the farnel we brought from home.
- against: the difficult access to park the vehicles in the residential car park; the deficiency in the toilet, with faucets that are not fixed; the shower had the "phone" loose; the air conditioning did not work; the TV was also broken.
For the conditions offered, the price of the room is exorbitant and I do not intend to use this Residential for the next trip to the beautiful city of Évora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room smelled bad, bathroom old and no complimentary soap or anything. Nobody at the reception. The location is good near the center, and quite calm during the night, but overall it was an awful stay. I really do not recommend it for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for. Only one outlet in the room, wifi signal so weak that I had to go outside to get it to work. On the flip side the manager was really nice. I arrived 3 hours early to check in, but he switched my room and let me check in immediately. Helpful with directions, too. I met a guest from Brazil who was really nice and answered some questions that I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place in a long time. The only advantages are low price and proximity to the old town. Besides that, only cons. Air conditioning is not working, no remote to control. The man at the reception canceled the reservation due to an alleged water problem. In fact, he probably wanted to avoid the Booking commission. Also we didn't get proper receipt, just hand written piece of paper with room cost and some other information. In addition, it is difficult to set the water temperature in the bathroom and the shower hose broke off. Finally, a note regarding the parking lot. Theoretically, it is, in practice, access is impossible for all cars larger than the B segment, and even then it is quite a challenge because of extremely narrow alleys. Avoid this place unless price is an absolute priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly host. Even no heather in the room. Was wheelchair accessible. Is totally not wheelchair accessible. Worse place i ever staid in my life. Ice cold and even got sick.
