Forte honestidade e honorabilidade.
Staff more or less, some employers dont explain very well the rooms, show us the wrong room. Not confuse this hotel with other that stays near.
Not suitable for people with physical problems.
Don't answer mail. Rood people.

Too much expensive for the quality of services and the stars that Portuguese state, irresponsibility gives.
