G	Gareth Yates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely apartment with clean, modern spacious facilities. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, offering advice and assistance at any time. The location is very central and convenient for visiting the old town and popular spots such as the Time Out market. The only negative is there can be some noise overnight from people passing by so book with that in mind and you will have a great stay.

M	Michał Tyszko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant stress highly enough how much we enjoyed our stay here .We stayed in lisbon multiple times but unfortunately only discovered this recently.This is absolutely the best location in town and the apartments are wonderful, clean,well equiped and have a unique boutique feel.The service is really immaculate which was really a pleasant surprise . All in all we will surely be back!

Our rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean. The property is in a good location, walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants. Delightful in every way!

An access code is provided by email prior to your arrival to get into the building and your room. Once you've arrived, the staff will met up with you to get a copy of your passport. A nicely decorated space with balcony access with great city views. The Good: - Spacious apartment within walking distance to major attractions - Well appointed with washer/dryer, iron, clothes drying rack, and full kitchen - Clean and comfortable The Bad: - Communication with staff can be difficult with no onsite person - Hard to regulate temperature in apartment - No heater in shower/restroom so it will be freezing in the winter - Towels felt like they were brand new and never washed. Left lint all over our faces.
T	Tiziana Abegg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and elegant apartment, with some antique flair, in the middle of a very lively Lisbon neighborhood (hear plugs recommended!). Kitchen and bathroom very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. We stayed in apt 4 and it was great for two people (not a couple), it can accommodate 4 people but I would not recommend it. We rented a car and could briefly park it in front of the apartment. Make sure you know the name of another couple of streets nearby, our taxi drivers did not know the name of the small square.
Z	Zara Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the beautifully styled duplex, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the third floor which had balconies going all the way around the apartment. I would highly recommend this place for a families as there is a dishwasher and also a washer/ dryer machine so you can pack light. There is lots of sofa space with three separate seating areas. You also have a coffee machine, iron and board. The place is cleaned every 3/4 days. It was very spacious with a lot of light. 4 people fit here very comfortably amazing apartment Residentas is in a fantastic location and walking distance to literally hundreds of restaurants, Baixa Chiado, Rossio and Cais De Sodre metros as well as Time Out Market Lisboa. The customer service also was wonderful the staff are very responsive and helpful. My only recommendations would be for the coffee capsules to be replenished (we went to the supermarket and brought our own when the ones provided ran out) and also for the pictures on the website to be updated to accurately reflect what the place looks like when furniture is updated. Just to be clear the place is still fantastic but the furniture had changed from what was shown on the website. Book it if you can as this apartment is very rarely available!
