O restaurante é parceiro da aplicação TOOGOODTOGO e a data de hoje foi uma senhora para levantar um pedido, o senhor começou a falar alto e a humilhar-lá a dizer que não havia aceitado, pois não venderia comida mais barata e se dirigiu aos que estavam a almoçar e a dizer o que a senhora foi fazer “Ela veio pedir restos de comida, para saber se eu venderia por mais barato” conheço a aplicação e sei que não funciona dessa maneira, era suposto a pessoa pagar pela comida que supostamente seria deitada ao lixo, a senhora encontrava-se bem vestida e não aparentava está a pedir, apresentou o cupão da aplicação e foi humilhada quando o responsável gritou que não tinha restos de comida!!! Depois ficou a dizer que não aceitou nada, se não aceitou é uma questão sua com a plataforma, o famoso ditado que o cliente tem sempre razão infelizmente não fez prevalecer, ao invés disso preferiu expor a pessoa que não tinha nada haver com isso!!! Falta de profissionalismo e mais, falta de civilidade, fruto de uma família sem classe e é óbvio que não se pode exigir elegância para quem não nem sabe o significado da palavra quanto mais se portar como!!! The restaurant is a partner of the TOOGOODTOGO application and today's date was a lady to pick up an order, the gentleman started to speak loudly and humiliate her saying that she had not accepted it, as she would not sell cheaper food and addressed those who were having lunch and saying what the lady was doing “She came to ask for leftover food, to know if I would sell it for cheaper” I know the application and I know it doesn’t work that way, the person was supposed to pay for the food that was supposed to be laid out to the garbage, the lady was well dressed and did not seem to be asking, presented the application coupon and was humiliated when the person in charge shouted that she had no food left!!! Then he kept saying that he didn't accept anything, if he didn't accept it's your issue with the platform, the famous saying that the customer is always right unfortunately didn't prevail, instead he preferred to expose the person who had nothing to do with it!! ! Lack of professionalism and more, lack of civility, the result of a classless family and it's obvious that you can't demand elegance from someone who doesn't even know the meaning of the word, let alone behave like it!!!
