Sempre fui compreensivo, até porque pode acontecer, mas hoje foi demais e tive a certeza que de facto se trata de um problema de higiene! De todas as vezes mostrei o sucedido à empregada de serviço e à patroa e nunca sequer me foi dado um pedido desculpas, penso que serai o mínimo! Hoje pagar a conta mostrei estas fotos à patroa e a reação foi exatamente a mesma; nem uma palavra ou gesto comercial ! Repito, HIGIENE 0!!! RESTAURANT WITH HYGIENE 0!!! I went to this restaurant for lunch a few times and EVERY time I went there there was at least one hair and/or hair in the food!! I've always been understanding, even because it can happen, but today it was awesome and I was sure that it really is a hygiene problem! Each time I showed what happened to the maid on duty and the mistress and I was never even given an apology, I think it will be the least! Today to pay the bill I showed these photos to the boss and the reaction was exactly the same; not a word or commercial gesture! I repeat, HYGIENE 0!!!
